GLOVESCO (Global Varnasrama Educational, Social, and Cultural Organization),
pioneering the global varnasrama mission, is pleased to announce its first varnasrama course, entitled “Land, Cows, and Krsna—Part I: Applied Varnasrama Practices.”
This historic three-month educational adventure will be conducted at GLOVESCO’s fourteen-acre ashram and headquarters, situated at Sahyadri Sri Krsna-Balarama Ksetra (SSKBK), in the foothills of the famous Sahyadri Mountains, near the town of Hebri (in the Udupi District of) Karnataka, South India, commencing on 1 January 2009.

Why Cities are Not the Best Places to Stay? (Part - 1)
"Abominable Products of the Modern World"
This is a series of article taking up one topic at a time to
systematically build up the secular support for the mission
of MAKE VRINDAVAN VILLAGES.
PART 1: Abominable Products of the Modern World
Behold the information while I describe the systematic
onslaught of culture and victimization of innocent people
(especially Vaisnavas) towards using abominable products
of the modern world. This article will fall short of describing
the multitude of areas these abominable products have crept
into our life. In summary, we use these products unknowingly
for majority of our requirements and that the devotees
should not only seek out alternatives but the conclusion should be
clear: "Cities are not the best places to stay" and hence
"Make Vrindavan Villages", because there is a better standard
of life free from these abominable atmosphere.
